What's funny is that I remember reading that they had sped up the loading and play screens. im not seeing this at the point.

Really? That's one of the first things I noticed.. much faster/smoother imo

I agree with tfan and the other dude who said its slow. The delay on the playcalling screen and UI in the play selection is slow

It's more than slow. There is a delay in picking plays. It's just something that should be smooth and it's not. Trust me a few games in it will annoy the fuck our of you.

I have noticed in a little but my offensive output right now is terrible so might be a good thing for me.

after playing about 15 games total, i feel like most of you. slow, same as 13 and just not enough under the hood. Im ready for it to get an overhaul. wish 2K could make a run at it

The "we've tackled you but your body is contorted on top of ours so the whistle hasn't blown yet and you can get up and keep going despite 7 guys taking you down" thing is really getting old.

That was a big thing in Madden 13. Infinity Engine is the cause of that, and it's stupid. I agree with you completely.

I only played 3 games online and I do think some of the animations are over the top.

I sacked Peyton Manning and his body looked like one of those air inflatable things, arms/legs flapping all over the place in ways that would rip tendons/muscles to shreds
