I can't go to a out in public be asshole/ confrontational or part of a group doing that to everyone then when I do it to the wrong person and they try and fight me/ confront me then I get to kill them? Surly the bar ain't that low for self defense 🤷‍♂️
you know there is video posted here of the time before the chase where pedo-man was shot. Here is another article to read

Does the sequence of events/ choices of the whole night that are connected that lead to him having no choice not factor in legally?

If I was a juror and those choices prior to (hours before or minutes before) the whole thing escalating wouldn't factor in for me unless they were illegal and lead to the final act.

I know your counter point will be he was illegally carrying a gun. Got it! But that doesn't make him guilty of murder when he was defending himself.

The first shots fired was from a protestor/rioter while he was fleeing pedo-man

Yes, but they'll have to be pretty damning to impact it.

Oops!
the counter will be they are all democrat cities
This is silly though.

San Diego riots - SD has a Republican mayor

Jacksonville riots - Republican mayor

Oklahoma City riots - Republican mayor
Right... the democrat cities line is typically related to living conditions/levels of violence. The "Biden's America" stuff is intended to mean that it's democrat instigated. The entire idea that this is what "Biden's America" is very flawed though. If Biden wins, these protests are gone fairly soon after. If Trump wins, who knows... they may even intensify. It's such a goofy way of putting it out there, but Biden's team doesn't have much of a way to fight back on it. If they say that this is what we live in now, they get hit with the blame. If they say we won't have protests, they are kind of acknowledging the blame. The only real move here is to move on and not address it. If he tries to fight it, it's not going to end well. The good news is, he can sit behind the media who are already picking it apart regarding the small amounts of footage from another country. Biden should just sit back and let the media do the work here.

From the shooting last night

https://www.liveleak.com/view?t=aVkdi_1598819078
An isolation on the shooting in Portland. Photo is police arresting Michael Reinoehl immediately following the shooting of a man. It's been reported the victim sprayed bear repellent after Reinoehl pointed the gun at him and then he was allegedly shot by shot by Reinoehl.

From Michael Reinoehl's Instagram Account: Every Revolution needs people that are willing and ready to fight. There are so many of us protesters that are just protesting without a clue of where that will lead. That's just the beginning that's where the fight starts. If that's as far as you can take it thank you for your participation but please stand aside and support the ones that are willing to fight. I am 100% ANTIFA all the way! I am willing to fight for my brothers and sisters! Even if some of them are too ignorant to realize what antifa truly stands for. We do not want violence but we will not run from it either! If the police continue to pick on and beat up innocent citizens that are peacefully voicing their objections, it must be met with equal force! We are currently living through a crucial point in Humanities evolution. We truly have an opportunity right now to fix everything. But it will be a fight like no other! It will be a war and like all wars there will be casualties. I was in the army and I hated it. I did not feel like fighting for them would ever be a good cause. Today's protesters and antifa are my brothers in arms. This is a Cause to fight for This truly is fighting for my country! I have children that need to live in a world run by Common Sense and human decency. And I will do anything to make sure that happens. Now is the time to change the course of humanity. If we fold now just because they show some Force we will be lost for another hundred years. And I don't think the planet will let us live that long if we don't straighten shit up. Please be safe strong and United. I love you all❤️????????

A Google search comes back no arrests or suspect details known yet for the shooting? If that is the guy know to be responsible for the crime why is he not charged with the shooting?

The ignorance amazes me when it comes to this. Of course there are some good peaceful protestors, but there are also some bad apples amongst them.

Trump signed an executive order to defer payroll tax. Starts today. You will see higher paychecks the next four months. However, you will now see lower paychecks the first 4 months of 2021.
