Homicide charges won't stick. Reckless endangering may stick and possession of weapon under 18 will stick. Wisconsin doesn't have stand your ground laws (neither does Nebraska). SO you are supposed to retreat at all costs and only use deadly force if you feel your life is in danger. I am pretty sure this kid felt his life was in danger when he keeps getting chased.
We'll revisit this when most of these charges either get dropped, reduced and he goes to trial and gets off on most of it.
Didn't actually look at anything but I also read that it shows videos of what Biden's America will look like and the videos are from America during Trump's presidency.

Again, I bring up the fact that our leader doesn't lead, he sits in a leadership position. He is not a leader. People disagree he bullies, makes fun and blames their ideas. He has no empathy. I don't want that. I also don't want Biden, but...

I was saying to my wife last night that this wasn't as simple as a white/black issue and what was happening with him. I agree, he shouldn't have been there. I'm imagining my 16 year old in a year doing that (we aren't gun people), and I just can't picture him making sane/correct decisions in certain moments.
My other question is, obviously these people haven't seen Bruce Lee movies. You can never defeat a solo enemy by coming at him one at a time...

Self defense will make or break on the things we don't see in the videos won't it? What he was doing before or apart of before being chased.
I can't go to a out in public be asshole/ confrontational or part of a group doing that to everyone then when I do it to the wrong person and they try and fight me/ confront me then I get to kill them? Surly the bar ain't that low for self defense
Maybe it's not first degree murder but I am responsible for my actions that put me in that situation, right?
