Not even close to true in any way. I've ALWAYS had max scouting budget and 40-50% of it in Amateurs (including this year) and you've seen what my scout thinks of this draft.

does everyone else have high rating for scout accuracy? cause i just did mine

1365 High Accuracy
42 Average Accuracy

Pretty much the same. Class still sucks. It all depends on what type of scout you have to how prospects look. Favor ability? prospects will always be underrated somewhat. Favor Tools? the opposite.

What the hell are Armidillo Eggs? I'm assuming some type of deviled egg and it sounds good if it has a Mexican flare to it
