Hot tip - if you put your scouting at 12m, almost every single rookie prospect has a high rating. Explains why Ted did so well when he spent so much on recruiting he got a nice head start.

Not even close to true in any way. I've ALWAYS had max scouting budget and 40-50% of it in Amateurs (including this year) and you've seen what my scout thinks of this draft.

Pretty much the same. Class still sucks. It all depends on what type of scout you have to how prospects look. Favor ability? prospects will always be underrated somewhat. Favor Tools? the opposite.

We also make a jelly dipping sauce which combines with the heat and salt of the bacon....ohhhhhh weeeeeeeee
