Its a found international by Chicago. You wont see the ratings unless you scout him or at the next update. Reign does a search by one of the potential ratings every sim to find guys that are internationals that were not signed else where since they will show up as 0 until the next scouting update. At least that is the theory of my scientific study.

A lot of his top 100 prospect guys are found this way. -- workign theory ----

Hmmm... you're in the ball park. Everyone has their tricks, but only a few (You, Trendon, Ted) have seemed to master them... I have a ball, screw tricks.

Reign and I sat one evening/morning, can't remember which and discussed international players.

He is more than willing to help if you ask as I am sure many are.

i still don't know how ... but I give about 9 dollars for int'l signings. since I typically just take scaps and stuff them in my minors and cheat the rest of you.

now that I'm not allowed to pick up free agents, I may have to learn how to find these mystical creatures.

Hmm, that is pretty valid. It's almost like a double dip then, because I'd guess at least 1 or 2 in the last few seasons has probably come from Sheltown not paying attention. So not only do we lose that 1, we may have competition for others. Well played.

Over the last 4 seasons I've probably put around 110m into IFA. Not counting Esparza, who Ted got, I'd bet that I've had just as much success with the open market as I've had with my own. So yeah, some of you guys have been seriously missing the boat.

It's definitely possible, especially with my exporting woes.

But I'm definitely good with exporting daily and at the very least checking emails just for the IFA guy that comes once per season and is 20/20.
