in the end, everything is relatively cyclical. Who cares really if a couple divisions are a tad unbalanced.

Maybe 6 or 7 seasons ago the AL East really was a grinder no one seemed to care then lol

i could be off on the years, i dont remember to be honest

AL East teams might branch off and start our own league. Bring over 5 teams and make it a 10 team super division.

I am in the minority but I would just prefer geographical divisions that stay the same and build long rivalries

I'll leaning NL East at this time. I think changing leagues could be fun after a long stretch in the AL.
There is only one spot left since 4 teams stayed put. At least 3 other teams have preferred it as well. It'll be going to the team that balances out the wins for parity.

I am stupid and realize now you said NL East not Al lol. Woops.

All those teams have been in the same division for decades before Corey took a hiatus. I'm sure the other 3 that put in some interest for that division they would step aside to let Corey go back home.....unless they want an easy divisional crown in the laughable A(L)east......just kiddin guys

Corey to the AL East makes the most sense even though it may not include the "correct tiers". He's going to be a Tier 1/2 always. Same with Nick. So you have 2 very strong 1/2's to fill the 1 and 2 spot.

We don't have much in the way of history or tradition anymore, but the AL East is probably all we have left. Let the boys play.

Also, by the end of next year... either Corey or Nick is a 1 and I'm not, because I tried to sell for 3 straight years and no one is buying so I'm about to be worse off financially than I've ever been and be fielding a 480k roster next year.

Makes sense honestly. That's the biggest flaw of this is can't really predict the future strength of a team. This actually makes me lean more towards 20 years as it will capture a lot more cycles in a team. Something to think about for next one.

Your just saying that because you swept my ass and coasted to the division title.

I appreciate it but I see right through you.... 8-)

Going back through the San Diego history, not much will be changing on my end. Shit go back 40 and I'll still be in Tier 5. This organization has only made the playoffs 5 times. Not just in 40 years, but since the league started in 2010.

That's awful.

Wouldn't I want to keep you in my division in that case?

I've gotten an initial pass done. Barring any preference changes I think should be close to final. AL Central looks weak but Hollywood is not a 71 win avg team. They are underrated the most by the previous owner.

Please discuss/leave feedback so I can improve this next time.

You'll have a better shot in the NL. Guess we'll just have to meet in the WS from now on

I missed your post. Fixed up now. That AL Central is even worse now IMO lol. Slaughterhouse....it's open Duck season though. Imagine if Burnaby gets good too. Literal division of death. Interested to see how this format ages.

New divisional win break down from this years standings:

AL East 364 wins
AL Central 471 wins
AL West 387 wins

NL East 370 wins
NL Central 408 wins
NL West 379 wins

Those central divisions look tough. But the AL Central will be murderers row, and Burnaby should finally be getting better with some good young talent at pitcher in the minors
