Current Manager will not allow me to hire a new pitching coach, he retains control over that. No biggie, I'll just fire him. Went to promote bench coach to the manager position and he doesn't want the job. Tried to promote AAA manager to the big club and he has no interest coaching for the Beef. Tried to hire a couple of free agent managers and they have no interest in coaching here. WTF is going on? Out of shit and giggles I tried promoting the rest of my minor league managers to the MLB team and none of them want the job. Obviously something is going on here.

Ended up having to force restart the game so the manager would still be here.

I figured there would be at least 10 replies like this.

I even went to a team that has been notoriously subpar and offered a AAA manager that was making $140k a contract worth $1.4M per year. He said he had no interest either.

There's rumors going around the league that the GM is unhinged and notoriously tough to work with.

Great news everyone. I fucked up the first thing I did as new commissioner. I missed Cleveland in the Draft Lotto. Seattle wasn't even supposed to be in it and jumped up a bunch of spots so I feel bad for you Shilo but it was an honest mistake.

The sheet is now updated properly and I will run a live draft again today at 3PM ESTon Twitch (around 3:45 from this post). Apologies, I don't know how I missed it but I didn't notice until I saw the draft order in game.

Cleveland and Seattle weren’t in the same spot. Cleveland is ahead of San Diego. That does change the odds. I know it’s like a 1% chance difference but this is fairest way I could think.
