Business mixed with a bit of pleasure during the down times. Just an awesome state with great visuals and atmosphere.
Went to Sundance last night and wow.
Re: Random Discussions
The pays good but Iunno how ppl routinely do 12 hour days.
Re: Random Discussions
I’m just not used to it I guess. Work is really easy but 1-1 just breaks you down around 1030pm

Big thing for me was if I really enjoyed the work it was pretty easy. I'd do 12 hours a day when we weren't deployed and it sucked! But deployed, especially as a contractor after the Army, I'd routinely do 14-16 hour days as the site lead.

Fuck no. Right up there with the Blazers taking Sam Bowie as one of the worst decisions of all time.sixpackdan101 wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 6:23 pm Really random as I’m eating some skittles. Does anyone actually like that they replaced the lime skittles with green apple? One of the worst flavors there is.

If you could only get a no-bullshit Cuban cigar there to send to me. If you do smoke cigars stay away from the Cohiba's, the most faked Cuban cigar out there.LetsGoPeay wrote: ↑Fri Jun 25, 2021 4:16 pm Chilling in the DR bitches. Drinking mojitos and buying uranium stocks. What up bitches!

Re: Random Discussions
Bought some Appalachian Sippin Cream Butter Pecan, thinking it was moonshine. It's more of a liqueur than a moonshine at 40%. Pretty damn good by itself but could only do a shot at most as it is way too sweet. So i went half and half with my bourbon and holy shit that is amazing! Still a little sweet so may go with 1 oz of the Sippin Cream and 2 oz of bourbon on my next drink. I have a feeling tonight may be a short night for ole Jorge

The “sippin creams” are way too sweet and usually end up giving me heart.

It is extremely sweet, especially at half and half. I may just go with a half ounce on my next one. Kind of treat it like a butter pecan old fashioned. I've done it with maple syrup old fashioned before and they were amazingLetsGoPeay wrote: ↑Fri Jun 25, 2021 5:19 pm The “sippin creams” are way too sweet and usually end up giving me heart.

My neighbor gets the best moonshine I’ve ever had.
He gets it shipped every fall from his hometown in West Virginia.
The caramel apple one is so damn good.

I could only imagine how bad it is. I haven't seen anything today, but I just don't see much more than a recovery effort at this point. Whole families wiped out. I pray for their families

It’s around 122F in Western Canada right now. It’s wild to think there will probably be a time in the future where days in the summer will be as hot/deadly as how cold/deadly it can be in the middle of winter. Brutal.
Thanks global warming! Don’t worry tho, some ppl will tell you it’s cyclical ..
