Bullpen ERA might be at an all time record low across the NDL. We are sitting 7th in the NL with a 2.88 ERA. Are bullpen arms to good in our league?

I was looking at our history and the AL averaged in the .260 area while the NL hit high .250's. That all changed around 2070 (was that when we switched to 21?). We are currently hitting .245 in the AL and .238 in the NL
