As long as people know the average NL average last year was .246 in the MLB.

according to that reference page, NL BA was lower last year than every season in the 70's except for 1978. Thats not a good sign for baseball, is it?

How inconsistant can 1 pitcher be. Roberto Luna 1 game, he pitches one inning and gets lit the fuck up for 6 runs. The next game he pitches 7 innings and only gives up 4 hits. Gotta love that.
