Seems odd that it would happen to that degree that fast if most of it is due to the nonsense going on over there, but still interesting numbers either way.

Cost of real estate in Seattle has gone through the roof. A friend of mine was paying well over $2000 a month for a one bedroom condo that had floating walls probably 3 or 4 years ago, who knows what it is now. Bellevue that is growing fast that is a water body away from Seattle is doing the same thing. My best friend from high school lives 5 minutes from downtown and has a 2200 sq ft house that will probably sell for close to $2mil when they move. And it's in a housing community. Everyone is moving south down I-5.

This is probably...err...definitely old news, but I learned just today that sometime in the late 70s Biden stated he wanted schools to remain segregated because he didn't want his kids "going to school in a racial jungle"
