That's just Trump being Trump in how he talks.
The one thing that makes me wonder, is why are we worried about this bitch in a COVID presser?

Ted Cruz seems to be on fire lately.ReignOnU wrote: ↑Thu Jul 23, 2020 10:05 am https://twitter.com/tedcruz/status/1286 ... 76578?s=20
The Hill posts a clip of Cruz discussing COVID. Cuomo pops off, challenging Cruz to come on his show to defend the clip. Cruz buries him when he informs him that it's a CNN cutup of a much longer interview. Gotta love creative editing.
Unless it’s Hong Kong, then they should just talk out of their ass or nothing else they say matters. Love ya buddy, back out of this god forsaken thread
And that's fine because Billy doesn't champion himself as the leader of social justice causes and say things like "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" then when China 100% becomes a relevant topic in the NBA and you're asked about Hong Kong, you say nothing. So your'e good to go.

NBA players in their post game press conference aren't really answering questions, only saying to arrest the cops who shot Breonna Taylor. I have no issues with that on the surface. But many of them who speak out and give details don't even have a clue as to what happened.
Lebron is the latest to do it. And his words hold more weight than any other players, but it just seems he says whatever he wants, doesn't matter if it's wrong, and then everyone runs with that.
For the record, I don't know enough of the story to say whether the cops that shot her should be arrested. But I know Lebron is wrong when he's saying the cops picked the wrong house and then this happened and it was just super random that she got shot. That's just not true. The cops were at the correct house. From what I gather, there seemed to be quite a bit of evidence the cops had that she was assisting her ex-boyfriend with his drug dealings, and her house and the ex-boyfriend's house had warrants and cops went in simultaneously. I see everywhere this notion that the cops went to the wrong house, and that's become "fact" now for some weird reason, we don't care about facts any more.
None of that means she deserves to be shot of course, but when you have to distort the facts and lie, you're basically saying you don't even believe your own story so you gotta make things up to make it believable.
Ok, rant over.
Cops say he shot first, he says they shot first.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:43 am I haven't followed this much. But didn't the cops start shooting after her boyfriend started firing at them? I believe he said he thought people were breaking into the house/apartment (whatever it is).
EhGeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 10:43 am the whole talk about getting rid of no-knock warrants is just plain ass dumb. Typically no-knock's are done when there is a probability that things could get hairy or the destruction of evidence if they were to announce themselves. Maybe the people that want to get rid of no-knocks want the police to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment for their arrest or search of their property.
