I'm surprised that CF Claudio Marquis has had zero interest from anyone in the league. I think people are scared of the "wrecked" tag for his injury status (been that way for at least 3 years) but if you look at his career he plays 130+ games each season with an average of 123 OPS+ during his career.

It depends how many players you need vs how many is already generated. I would bump the rounds generated for up to 70-80 imo.

You went to the ONE item in that list that could be arguable. But, losing a 4th rounder isn't accurate. If you paid into revenue sharing you lose 2nd & 5th highest picks. Received, then you lose 3rd highest pick.
