Now that’s what I like to hear. I wish that had the same affect on a few other owners and I’d get Nick after them.

There is a lot of owners, possible majority, that are great owners when it comes to exporting and running their teams (however they see fit). But this NDL thing has never been about that. It's always been about the interactions on the boards. I'd rather have an owner that exports 60% of the time and interact everyday on the forums than the ones that exports 100% of the time and posts maybe once a week.

Tough to say.

Back in the day was like the wild wild west with a commish that would disappear for 3-4 days at a time then come back, a commish who was pretty certainly cheating, so yea, that's the bad.

But I think, as a whole, the place was a lot more active. That's not entirely the fault of anyone now. We still had the NCAA league going with 120 members, so just in general the NDL boards and immersion was rocking. Pretty much all of the dudes in the league were guys we'd all known for years as part of NDL NCAA and very active on the boards.

The # of active board dudes and post counts just don't come very close to back then, as well as just the amount of discussion off the boards via AIM then was probably much higher for the majority of us.
