In an alternate universe he would not have been squandered in all that losing and he probably would have become a big time stud.

You guys name off players and I have zero clue who they are. If they aren't on Miami, only because Nick likes to boast about his players, or the Beef I couldn't name a guy on 90% of the remaining teams

Alabama - nope
Windy City - nope

Ya gained a game since that win streak started
And does it count when 6 of them are against the AL (L)east?

Re: 2071 Season Thread... Cubbies Social Distance from the NDL
I am not sure that even works. I distinctly remember one year I had the best record in the NDL and the AL won the ASG but LA had home field advantage over me in the World Series.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 5:29 amBut glad he was there so the NL has home field advantageGeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 5:29 amPopularity, no way he should have made it over some other guys
Re: 2071 Season Thread... Cubbies Social Distance from the NDL
- apologies from NE for the AL, Rios let up 6 runs in 1 inning in the ASG
- Cannon and Hampton i think made the team, neither played
- George has never heard of Cannon and the dude just won back to back MVPs
