nah i got Dennis Martinez as a throw in and now hes up to like 60-62ish potential :s.. and i feel like this has happened before..

Maybe you are asking too much for him. I don't have the prospects so I have no clue how much you are asking for. Or people are too worried that you would be asking too much. Just start sending out blind offers, I've had success doing that in the past.

Since the scouting is different this year with having to request so many scouting reports to get an "accurate" assessment of the player will we delay the draft at all or proceed as normal?

Normal, there are like 7 sims from pool release to draft.

Scouting changes even just clicking through screens after a download.

I download
Scouting is average on MLB team
Click around, go through schedule, normal daily activities after downloading
Randomly go back and now all the guys are high/very high

might of had it on OSA rating to your scout. OSA is all average for me and then my scout is essentially H/VH at this point.

which is funny that people believed OSA Ratings like the gospel when it was clearly "average" scouted numbers. Explains the variance and why better scouts found players that were diff than OSA.
