one thing i gotta focus on more is getting my decent prospects with good fielding to high ratings at every possible position while in the minors. Turned 100+ defensive rated SS Manny Rodriguez into a 75+ 3B and will make him ideally 75+ at 2B too.

I usually do a good job with this but one of the few good things 20 did was improve how quickly guys learn positions that they are capable of. Well, for everyone but catchers. I’ve gotten away with just teaching guys in ST in many cases lately
