Starting to get this shit nailed down

Got an email this morning for me to call him and when I did, he asked when I could start cleaning monthly with the expectations to go bi-weekly after that if they are satisfied (more of a demo wash). I told him I could clean just one truck, his dirtiest for free to show quality of work. He said no thanks, just clean them all and he'd pay for the "demo." We chatted a little more and I found out that there were 2 other vendors that had put in a bid and another that he'd call here and there to clean his fleet (I'm guessing he didn't do that great of a job). He said the picture I provided for reference of the fuel tank cleaning was the deciding factor to go with me, and I am pretty positive I am more expensive than the other guys putting in their bids.

That's awesome! Most people will pay more for quality... The problem is that more often than not, it's hard to easily distinguish the differences in quality with most things. In your case, a picture is worth 1000 words. You're on the right path for sure. Keep going bro... You'll have 10 people working for you soon.

Not a browser issue, won't open in Chrome or Safari on my mac laptop.
They won't open on my windows desktop in Chrome either.

I need to get a web developer to create a page for me and I need to figure out the advertising piece of this so I don't have to knock on so many doors

Eventually it will all creep out to the folks looking for your services. That's all for free btw. Not the most immediately effective advertising for your type of business, but medium to long term, it could be very effective.

But yeah... Your business on Google with ratings/reviews from clients is super effective, so start there. Next step would be to think about paying for some SEO (Search Engine Optimization), so when people search google for services, you come up high in the list.
