There's a case against Blackwell IMO, not close to an auto lock HOF guy.

He's essentially right at the tier of players who are really good but not HOF locks. He'll likely eventually get in.

27th in war all time and that is held against him? Nothing you listed is a negative. I agree he is not at the Richard Todd and Jorge Marino level of locks but its a pretty easy HOF case there.
