Handling Draftees Who Don't Sign

We all know there is an issue that some of the HS kids who do not sign get release from their colleges over and over and end up in draft pool. There is not a "fix" so we need to choose how to handle them. Either we let them stay in free agency and whoever signs them keeps them or we retire them. Time to decide.

Retire them.

It is minimally invasive to our little ecosystem, fair to all, and doesn't have any financial repercussions. Not to mention, doesn't cause Billy any extra work.
