Did I miss something... is Nick actually a janitor @ a school now? I thought he got a trade cert and was in on some kind of union gig.

37k at a school isn't that far fetched, if it's year round. Would be less than $20 per hour working a 40hr week.

Nick/George, play around with this, it may help make your point or break your point, but it will compare Toronto to Port Orange (had to select Daytona, which is very close). Not sure as it’s hard to mess with on my phone.
