He then had an allergic reaction to sesame that was apparently really serious and in true 76er rookie fashion, he will not be returning to the court for the rest of the season.shel311 wrote:76ers 1st round pick injured.

Re: Not so newsworthy News (Do it right, dummies)
Only if you phrase the headline:GeorgesGoons wrote:Is it too late to say there was no collusion?
Attorney General (hand picked by President and confirmed by Republican Senate) Reviews Report and Finds His Boss Innocent of Collusion
Was any other outcome expected since the only thing sent out is a memo from the AG with his interpretation of the report?
Re: Not so newsworthy News (Do it right, dummies)
The AG has a report 5 times as long bashing the Mueller investigation than the report summarizing the entire investigation. If their is really nothing damning to Trump or his campaign then they release the entire reportdakshdar wrote:Only if you phrase the headline:GeorgesGoons wrote:Is it too late to say there was no collusion?

Re: Not so newsworthy News (Do it right, dummies)
The Mueller investigation said there was ZERO collusion with the President or anyone on his staff.
What you are referring to Dak I believe is the obstruction. We will know more about that when they finally are able to release the report.

Re: Not so newsworthy News (Do it right, dummies)
I guess what I have read is that the Mueller Report has only been read by the Attorney General and members of his staff. And the only information provided to Congress or anyone else is a memorandum written by the Attorney General that is his evaluation of the information in the report. I also have not seen where Mueller has come out and said that the Attorney General's evaluation of the report is correct. The Attorney General did state that the report indicated (and quoted, presuming this means it came straight from the report):GeorgesGoons wrote:The Mueller investigation said there was ZERO collusion with the President or anyone on his staff.

The [ ] around the T means that isn't the start of the sentence in the report. It is the AG skipping the first part of the sentence and making the second part the actual statement. Who knows what it says in the first part or why the AG is skipping it.“[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”
But the memo from the AG also included a footnote that stated:
So, can there be collusion that is not "tacit or express"? Unclear. Covert operations carried out by intelligence organizations would be done in a way where you could readily deny the reason for doing them such that you couldn't link them together in either a tacit or express way.(Footnote 1: In assessing potential conspiracy charges, the Special Counsel also considered whether members of the Trump campaign “coordinated” with Russian election interference activities. The Special Counsel defined “coordination” as an “agreement — tacit or express — between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference.”)
So what if collusion took the form of backroom deals involving his business ventures in Moscow, which there are meeting records of, and while they never expressly indicated that helping him win would increase his likelihood of expanding to Moscow, it was a simple given fact that they were happy with what the Russians were doing? Trump himself invited and encouraged them to hack Hillary on national television. Did they really need to also expressly or silently indicate in their dealings that this was what they wanted after that point?
Maybe it's all a bunch of nothing, but it really makes no sense that everyone has concluded anything based on a memo written by a man that was hired by the primary target of the investigation. There is no possible way to consider this individual impartial - before he was ever appointed AG he had already stated that it was his opinion that a sitting President cannot be indicted.

Just to be clear. Do you really think he or anyone next to the president conspired with the Russians to change the outcome of the election?dakshdar wrote:I guess what I have read is that the Mueller Report has only been read by the Attorney General and members of his staff. What do you mean by "change"?
Hasn't it already been confirmed that people that officially worked on his campaign met with Russians during the campaign? There are people in jail for lying about that right now...

Do you think he or anyone in his campaign conspired with Russia to influence the results of the election (colluded with a foreign power for the benefit of his presidential election)?dakshdar wrote:What do you mean by "change"?

If you believe this, you believe he is guilty of treason.
