NCAA 10 Questions
Re: NCAA 10 Questions
Are the rosters fixed? You could just post the # and rating of LSU's starting O_line and I would be able to tell, at least for the Tigers.

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
i tried to download my team from teambuilder and have't been able to yet. I entered the box code and said it was not valid....hopefully I am just a little premature

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
EA SPORTS NCAA Football For those of you with questions about the rosters, on July 14th, a roster file will be placed on the EA locker system that users will be able to download.

Who are Ball State's impact players? Other than MiQuale Lewis (RB #33) of course. Thanks.

Based on what you have seen of the game...

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
Corey, can I get basic ratings on four guys from UK?
CB Trevard Lindley (#32)
MLB Micah Johnson (should be #4, might be #11)
DE Jeremy Jarmon (#99)
And then, let me know the ovr/spd/TP/TA for Morgan Newton, he'll be a freshman scrambling QB.

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
Im at work all day so I wont be able to field any questions.
Maybe this weekend Ill try to catch up, but its a fine line between 24 hour binges of NCAA and wife time on a weekend.

I will say from the 15 minutes I played in practice mode (UF vs FSU on Heisman) the game looks fantastic. Whatever you thought about the demo you need to get out of your head now. It also plays much tighter. I managed to break some huge runs with Demps (something I couldn't do in the demo on Heisman) and the FSU pass rush was intense.

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
It is very good to see the big jump from the demo to the actual game.
I didnt want to play the demo a lot knowing that it could only give me negative feelings for the game and start out bad for the release.
Glad I did. Like Mike said, the game is COMPLETELY polished from the demo and plays amazingly. It looks awesome.
The pass rush is DEFINITELY back which is great and when you play teams with great speed at corner and the secondary, you can really tell in coverage. They blanket receivers like crazy.
After thinking more about playing, the only real negative I can see getting REALLY tiresome is all the "ticky tacky, gadget stuff". There is no longer the commit pass or run, BUT preplay they give you like this strategy preplay. You can pick pass, middle run, right run, left run. You sort of guess it by pressing L2 preplay. I messed around with it and it is definitely risk/reward. You guess middle run and if it is a run up the middle,it blows it up. You guess pass and its a run, and the D doesnt play it as such.
This also goes alon with the AGGRESSIVE,BALANCED, and CONSERVATIVE part. The fumbles are a little whacky when playing someone in AGGRESSIVE mode and doesnt penalize them enough for it.
Just covering all the bases and in no way ruins the game, but just some other things.

To damn funny.
Its such a science, its hilarious. You spend some time with them during the day, maybe some lunch or dinner and drinks. Then you go into NCAA mode.
"You sure you arent tired and want to get some sleep?"
Engage Benadryl in their drink time!!!

Who are Bama's Impact Players? I am thinking Cody(DT),Mcclain(LB), Jones (WR) if I had a guess.

Re: NCAA 10 Questions
I just got done playing my first game on-line with bigred (UF at Texas on Heisman) and the gameplay was silky smooth. I did not use any of the extra BS (aggressive-conservative stuff) and found it to be a very fun game. The only problem I saw were injuries. I think every tackle resulted in a Texas player getting hurt.
