the only upside to OOTP is you dont have to deal with real life media and player emotions. The way I run my bullpen, 2 guys just never play cause theyre not needed. That would be a real life issue. The fact Im gonna start my #1 SP 2 games in a row since the AS break between would get me more nonsense. Ahhh

I have a confession. I don't vote for the all-star game. When I did I just looked for the highest WAR guys anyway. I believe this is what the AI does too. I would rather have the AI vote for all-stars than see less than half the league vote.

I LOL when I see how long it took much greater GM's to get theirs. Took me 4 years after some trades of great pitchers to build up the team for what I thought would have been a nice run....really blundered that run.

we complain about how our league has little hitters but looks like its near identical to the MLB in terms of OPS+

this yr MLB, OPS+ of 100 was .760 to .768 ( https://www.baseball-reference.com/leag ... ting.shtml )

our league, OPS+ of 100 is .755 (Felipe Gonzalez and Agano both .755 and OPS+ 100)

not the biggest diff all things considered.

Nearly at the 100 game mark and my boy Thomas Campbell on pace for 61 HRs and on pace to become the 3rd 60 HR season in history. A long way to go but we need a hot HR month to try to challenge Hercules 66 HR record.
