My scout does not have a rating on him yet but per OSA he looks like a future superstar. I do hate the personality makeup but we shall see. I am always weary of those guys as I remember I had Veljko Kadijevik at Richard Todd levels when I traded for him and he must became an average utility guy

trade him to me. WE/Int are not things I care about.

My advice would be either to trade him ASAP or don't at all. Kobayashi comes to mind of a guy who started off Todd-like and then became ordinary. If his ratings stay put for about a year theres a good chance he will stay that way but that first year he will be in total flux.
