Is this a fixable problem? Pat Soto came through the Seattle organization and I wasnt able to keep him because of contract demands, same with Hewitt and Burgess. Then it was decided to take away owners influences on finances and I went even more out of the FA game. Not even sure if Billy took away money from owners last season. Now I have some money to spend but the demands are so unrealistic that I still can’t sign dudes. So I’m trying to compete with yellows and can’t even sniff the blues and greens anymore

4 scouts in 4 or 5 season. 1st one retired, i signed a 2nd meh one, replaced him last yr and then that guy goes and retires. They also always hate the previous scouts draft. This is not good. Thank god for all these IFAs i keep hitting on.
