He's fine, just had back tightness and said he could not get loose this morning. Started +4 thru 7 but fought back to finish even. He said it is not an injury and just tightness as someone could expect from a 42 year old dude with spinal fusion surgery

But he is back. He is healthy, he played in 8 tournaments this year and has 4 top 12 and 2 top 5s. Was solo 2nd a The Players "the 5th major" with 2 holes to go 2 weeks ago.

We all want to see him win and he likely will this year with how he is playing, that is as back as I could want.

well to be fair Tiger was player of the year in 2013.

he's definitely more back now than he has been in the last 3 years. hes playing good enough to compete... last couple years we just hoped he'd complete rounds.

he's winning to now he just has a chance at every tourney he is in. Hell, everyone on the tour has a chance if they tee off on Thursday.

He might win this week, the damn thing just started. The point is going in to every single event he is now part of that main group of guys that can really contend every week. He has been top 12 in 4 of his 8 event this year.

His numbers around the greens and proximity to hole are great, still needs the driver to improve. Dude is back and playing very well.
