Do you have slack setup to notify you when it receives an export?
If so, does it tell you it received a valid export?
What is the export tracker saying?

Set it up, great tool for when you export. It tells you if it received a valid export or not.

To answer your original question, this is the first I have heard from anyone regarding an issue with OOTP19 and an export issue.
