this watching PJ Fleck special has been amazing.

he's a leader. positive, motivated, believes in process, family, details. i'm a huge fan

Watching a few episodes now, surprised he didn't turn that 13-0 at WMU into a bigger shot than Minnesota.

One part that was pretty sad, they were at the facility and his kids were leaving and he was staying and his older boy was like, "can you like take a day off or do you have to be here every day." And without hesitation, Fleck replies, "Dude, it's football now. I'll be here every day."

I can't imagine that kind of life, it just doesn't seem worth it to me.

I looked into doing some grad assistant programs and I went to a few college practices. When I saw how long their days were and I heard stories how they never saw their families, I went a diff direction.
