Low intelligence, low loyalty, low leader ability are things to look for as well as the one guy that is happy while everyone else is pissed.

Or the obvious one "Moore alienates his teammates, he is a distraction in the clubhouse"

Alabama has a strong clubhouse and have put Moore in his place. He shuts his mouth, sits by himself, won't speak unless given permission and just goes out and pitches every fifth day.

I do not get hints of who is complaining, the players only say the clubhouse is bad, and they have never seen anything like this during their career. I think it is obvious with the guys complaining about not starting when they signed, but I released someone last season after he complained, and the clubhouse still was shit. I read about the low attributes of low work ethic, etc. but it seems I have my hands full trying to find the prick(s).

Doesn't help you have 4 guys "very low" work ethic and another 6 "low".

Either way, I think the game takes too much of this into account. We aren't playing The Sims here and I get some of it for realism but it shouldn't be affecting stats and performance imo.

Spitters sputter vs the Minutemen, getting swept at home... blew a 2-1 lead in the 9th and the team was dejected after that for the final 2 games.

There's more to a good clubhouse than an available poker game, members of the New England Spitters have found out.

Only a short time after manager Lorenzo Báez banned poker games from the clubhouse in an effort to improve his team's focus, some members of the team are saying the move had a positive impact on the clubhouse.

"We probably did spend too much time playing cards," said César Miranda. "Guys are actually just talking to each other more, and I guess we're talking about the game and our opponents more to."

John Lowery was a vocal opponent of the skipper's decision to ban poker games and while he said he's still not overly pleased about it, it's not the worst thing in the world.

"I always lost money in those games anyway," he said.
