Where did we vote on this?
We voted on if there should be a cap on how much debt you can be in the hole, but we never voted on if there should be a cap for what the owner can give/take, did we?


If we are going to change it, I like the idea of the cap, say $25 Mil or $50 mil either way.
I like that more than having it set to $0 each rollover.
