I keep wondering about him. He just seems like the type who is a perfect DC, but wouldn't make the transition to HC. I feel like he's more X's and O's than he is motivational leader etc.
Could be flat out wrong, but it just seems that way to me.
So what, don't hire any of them? Arians and plenty of other have turned out just fine. Sure, there's going to be some that were overrated because of the circumstance, but they're no worse bets than any other team's assistants and a good GM should be able to discern who's actually worth their weight in gold

I have that same feeling. I get that he's super smart, etc. But that doesn't make you a leader. Not everyone is cut out for that.

I feel the same way about Kyle Shanahan fwiw. He's super smart, great with QB's, and a nice guy. I just don't see him having the fire or the clout to command a room of 53 guys through thick and thin. Some guys are just supposed to be insanely good coordinators. Nothing wrong with it.
Eli Manning disappointed in Odell Beckham's Monday off day Miami trip and the pics that surfaced on the boat:
"As a team we kind of always pride ourselves on being well prepared, so when I saw some of those pictures, I was a little disappointed because obviously they didn't pack accordingly. They didn't have any shirts, all long pants, no shorts, no flip-flops or anything," quarterback Eli Manning deadpanned. "So I was disappointed in their packing and not being prepared for that situation."
"I was telling people I'm the one who took the picture," Manning said. "They just wouldn't let me in with my shirt off."
