Nah we had them for sure.
I'd sweat sometimes just because I wanted to wear it.
I wasn't sure if many would get the tackle in the grass reference as Florida neighborhoods had a specific layout. Sidewalk, about a 4 foot wide strip of grass, then street. Once you hit the grass you were fair game for tackle.

Toronto has the same setup lol. House, Their grass, Sidewalk, some more grass, street
replace football with hockey for me tho. and full contact into the boards. I got lucky, grew up in a coop which had a deck that we turned into a hockey rink. Didnt have to really worry about moving the nets for cars. Cant wait, another month and I can play some shinny hockey (hockey outdoors no equipment)
