u can argue the Vikes are better without them 2 anyways. Peterson is done and McKinnon is probably the better choice, and Bradford/Bridge =/= at worst (leaning Bradford).

kick off goes to about the 2 yard line right near the sideline. he then steps out of bounds and grabs the ball. ball is "technically" out of bounds and gets that penalty to the 40.
