That Jones situation is so crazy... just laughing to myself and shaking my head. USADA isn't messing around.

Can't find it anymore, but the original report I read was some sort of PED (pretty sure cocaina isn't such)

GSP said in the past on I think Rogan, that if UFC really checked the rankings would flip on their head and he was tired of fighting ppl on roids when he wasnt. Good to see he was right. Also good to see hes apparently training to come back.

also my buddy whos a huge UFC fan is saynig rumors Anderson Silva vs Cormier?

In a spoiler in case George (or anyone) hasn't seen the results from last night yet...
Spoiler!

3 consecutive nights of UFC!

Here's some quick predictions on various fights from each card:

UFC Fight Night 90 - Thursday (Fight Pass):

Rafael dos Anjos over Eddie Alvarez (TKO)
--- Alvarez is a grinder, RDA has been a punching machine... doesn't match up well for Eddie.
Roy Nelson over Derrick Lewis (TKO)
--- Someone is getting knocked out... going with the guy who's only been KO'd once.
Alan Jouban over Belal Muhammad (TKO)
--- Muhammad could win a decision if he gets through 3 rounds safely. I don't think it happens.
Joseph Duffy over Mitch Clarke (TKO)
---- Yup, that's 4 knockout predictions on 1 card. Love the matchmaking. Too bad this is on Fight Pass.
Duffy and Jouban both get the wins. Somehow Lewis and Nelson made it to a decision without killing the other. Kind of like my prediction, that could just go either way and it came down to a split decision win for Lewis.

In a surprising turn of events, Eddie Alvarez finally fought like he did before coming to the UFC and went HAM on RDA. RDA had no answer for someone that brought it like he normally does. It looked like he was totally unprepared for that level of aggression. Great to see Alvarez back to that style that he had 3-4 years ago in Bellator.

Tonight's card may not have the massive name power, but it's going to produce some more great fights. I definitely recommend giving it a look tonight.

Did you watch the fights last night? I watched the last two fights. Was fully expecting someones head to be knocked off in the Lewis/Nelson fight.
Spoiler!
I'm sure there is going to be some butt hurt over the decision but I thought it was correct. Significant Strikes landed was somewhere in the 50's for Lewis and 5 for Nelson. Nelson just hugged him in the 2nd and 3rd round, but Lewis was able to break free and land some bombs (which got him the win).

Top to bottom this card is stacked. The prelims alone could carry a main event card with one of the main card fights as the main event.

Aldo looked great. Connor better hope that Aldo doesn't show up for their eventual fight.

Saw it the other night. Strikes me as odd that he passes 5-6 other USADA tests and pops hot on this one in June. 1 story I've seen come out suggests that it's related to a medication that he took that is needed in rare cases when he has some asthma issues. If that's the case, it's still on him to know that could be an issue and get it checked. I believe he could have picked up a TUE for it.
