Y'all crack me up with this talk about women fighting. Ronda is the only legit woman fighter. The rest of these chicks are just underskilled clowns.

Take a look at Alexa Grasso. I heard about Rhonda before coming to strikeforce and knew she was going to be a force to reckon with. Grasso is going to be the same at 115

Was it nick who wanted to bang rousey?

She just broke a reporters ribs when he was jokingly shit talking her and claiming to be a white belt at Judo.

It would be some rough sex, that's for sure

Overeem... hmm... so that's what you look like when you're "off the program." With that said, his striking and game plan looked as good as I've seen it since he was in Strikeforce.

If he dominates Cowboy I'd have to agree, but I'm holding out hope that Cowboy with give him a run for his money.

Been a huge Khabib fan for a while, if he gets thru Cowboy the belt is going to be his for a while. I thought he would be the one to dethrone Pettis though. Can't wait till the end of 2015 for this championship fight. This was one of the worst beatdown of a champion for 5 straight rounds, Dillashaw was pretty close to this ass whipping.

Johan (or whatever her name is) WOW!!! That was an absolute destruction.

Can't wait for Alexa Grasso to make it to the UFC from Invicta. Right now I think she is the only one to give Johan a run for her money, and could possibly beat her.

I hate Overeem! Great game plan and execution though. Would love to see Frank Mir whip the piss out of him. If not Mir, my favorite heavyweight fighter Mitrione would give him the business as well.

Hendricks looked great, could be champion again.

Cejudo should get the next title shot at 125. I thought he looked great at 135 and thought he even looked better at 125.

Duffy said he was going down to 145, looks like he wants some McGoat. He looked great in his first fight with the UFC.

All in all, great card! Definitely makes up for the crap fest of two weeks ago.

This was a PPV worthy card, finally. I agree, Khabib seems so dominant. He's going to go to a decision in most cases, but he'll cruise to wins because of his ability to control the fight.

I've only seen clips of Alexa's fights, but I'm not 100% sure that she stacks up to JJ right now. The good news is that she's really young and seems to be learning quickly. While everyone is hyped up about Paige (for good reason), Alexa could steal the show if she signs with the UFC. Needless to say, the SW division seems to be the more interesting of the 2 women's divisions.

As for Reem... I'd love to see him fight Mitrione. I thought I was one of the few that liked Mitrione. Good stuff!

Cejudo is in a strange spot. It looks like Dodson is on his way back to a rematch, assuming Johnson and Dodson both win their scheduled fights. The 1 guy I thought Cejudo would match well with is Horiguchi, who is Johnson's next opponent. Considering Cejudo likely has to wait for Johnson, the next matchup should probably be Benevidaz, assuming he wins. Joe has had 2 shots at Johnson and lost both, but he continues to beat everyone else in the division. He's basically become Johnson's gatekeeper.

Check out some of Duffy's highlights when you have time. He's not nearly as flashy (in ring or out) as Conor, but he has the same kind of limitless potential. Duffy is only 26/27 and is just not breaking into the big time. He has a legit quickness and power combination that is rare.

The talent gap in the women's divisions is very wide. That was the first time I've seen JJ fight. I need to see her fight someone who has at least a little bit of a standup game. Esparza's is non-existent, but at the same time I haven't seen anyone else that makes me believe they can stand in there and throw with JJ. Her takedown defense was really good, as well. It could be a few years before we see those gaps start to close. Ronda continuing to win can be really good for the sport down the line. I think it can inspire young girls to start earlier, which will lead to much better fighting than the garbage we see now.

Here are highlights from her last fight on Invicta FC 11. The one thing I liked is when she gets taken down (which wasn't often against the Judo fighter here) she is immediately offensive. You can see her stand-up at the beginning of this clip but at 2:45 and 3:30 you can see her ground work.

I didn't realize but UFC 187 card is STACKED!

Jones - Johnson
Weidman - Belfort
Nurmagomedov - Cerrone
Browne - Arlovski
Benevidez - Moraga

prelims:
Dodson - Makovsky
Stun Gun Kim - Burkman
Uriah Hall - Natal
Thug Rose - Ansaroff

This card is rediculous. Worthy of a $65 PPV, I'd pay $100 for this card if everyone stayed healthy and these fights happen

I think the UFC has received the message from that fans that PPVs need to be PPV worthy. They've struggled with health and depth on the cards for quite awhile and Dana mentioned a few months back that there's no reason not to have 2 title matches and a few contender matches on every PPV card. It just means less title fights on non-PPVs, which really isn't a huge deal at this point.

186 is pretty good, 187 is great, 188 has Cain defending, and 189 has 2 huge fights already signed up.

Just got done watching the preliminary card for UFC Fight Night 62.

Drew Dobber got ROBBED!!!! That ref should be have his ability to ref MMA fights taken away. Dobber never tapped, his head was actually coming out of the "guillotine choke" and the ref stopped it. This is the same guy who earlier during the early prelims fucked up and didn't stop the fight fast enough when someone had to tap twice before he stopped the fight.

Still waiting on the main card to download.

I'm hoping LeFlare wins. Never been a fan of boring ass Maia.

We'll most likely see the last of Kosheck. Became a fan of him as soon as he learned how to fight rather than wrestle.

Queen of Spades Basler does not belong in the UFC. Sure she was one of the pioneers of WMMA but she doesn't belong here. She loses pretty easily.

Can't think of any of the other fights off the top of my head to comment on them though.
