Got to 20 but didn't get a chance to do much to try to pick up the gear to get to higher levels. One thing I have a hard time with is the length of time to complete a strike. The ones I tried out once reaching 20 seemed to take at least an hour and (depending on the grouping I was with) we'd fail on the final boss multiple times taking forever. I've had to leave strikes on the final boss because my free time has run out.dakshdar wrote:Alright. Just putting this out there to see if anyone agrees. The two reasons I do not play this game anymore:
1. No chat box. This is an MMORPG and, having played the genre for almost twenty years, the inability to quickly communicate with people nearby is a downer. I know you aren't grouped in the same way, so I am not blaming the game or system, but it was a downer for me.
2. More importantly, tough, NO WORLD PvP! This is very important to me in MMO's and is the reason I stopped playing Final Fantasy XI and switched to WoW.

Why do you need world PvP when there is an entire part of the game dedicated to competitive multiplayer? Also, they added fireteam chat a few weeks back so anyone who is the game world can enter and talk with each other. Last night was fun. RAID with six, pack, Dan, 101, mike, AJ, dolo, and dolo's salty friend. Dolo talked in great detail about fingering his butthole. Mike was clearly entertained.

The new raid is fun, but does not have that sense of discovery like the first one. Strikes are OK, missions blah. Haven't seen the new maps or really used any new weapons. I do enjoy the burlap sack my hunter wears that makes her look like a cat. Meow.
