Prob a good thing I landed me a lady recently before I Discovered tinder. I'd have an STD by now or three illegitimate children, no doubt about it.

Soda, pop, coke, soft drink? I rarely say any of them. Usually ask for a drink by brand name, rather than soda or pop.

But if I'm at a fast food place and just need the cup I'll say "soda" more often than not...

Well, let me recommend it. Like I said, I am in pretty damn good shape so it isn't like that was a problem. I'm actually excited to see the shape I can get in now without this shit. I cut the caffeine down to minimum and it has been a seismic shift. When I say every single facet of my life has improved might only be a slight overstatement.

If I go 6+ hours during the day without a soda I get a headache, almost automatic. Funny though at night, it doesn't work the same way. i'll go from 7pm one night to noon the next day and I'm fine. I guess my body is just used to the routine.

Funny story about that. Had my lax alumni this weekend. One of our buddies sisters is still a student and is, well, hot. One of my teammates who is single and 28 gets on tinder when we're at the bar Saturday and starts thumbing through. 5th or 6th result: teammates sister. He swipes yes. 20 mins later. She also hit yes, and the rest, as they say, was history. We all had a good laugh about that one

Dude, almost an identical moment happened right in front of me. Guy goes to me, "I think I know her from Tinder." I tell him her name (Sara) and he walks over to her; now we have ourselves a big thing because he swiped to the right. Now we are all hanging over her shoulder as she resets the app to get the GPS to pick up people close to her and he pops up a minute or so in.

She swipes right, match, and we all go nuts. I think they exchanged info, too.

60oz in the tank already today... probably another 24oz - 36oz before I finish working tonight.

It's been something I've been considering for the last 2 weeks. My wife cut it out cold about 2 weeks ago. We're heading out for a vacation in 5-6 weeks and I'd like to be in better shape... I know it would help, I just don't like that 1st week without it. Oddly enough, I went about 2yrs with rarely touching caffeine. So it's not like it's foreign territory for me.
