Combine that with the fact that this voicemail was from April and here is my final hypothesis (my initial one, if you recall, was that Incognito, Martin, and the other teammates all shared equal responsibility for this): Martin did not want to play football anymore and quit the team but his parents were the driving force behind this lawyering-up."

i don't see a suspension unless its served retro... i could see him being forced to take sensitivity classes or something like that though.

How he talked to the player is only an issue to the media.
