what? invisible hold??? were you watching. 2 Jets held Tony Gonzalez.
Fantastic game by Geno Smith. Who would have thought.
Worst of luck to the rest of you down the road.
thanks for putting this together Dragon

They called holding on the guy guarding the running back where the ball was thrown, not the guys jamming Gonzalez at the line. And the announcers questioned where the holding was as well.ajalves wrote:dakshdar wrote:Invisible holding on the Jets. Falcons sending thank you cards to the league for that.... or not.

That was the perception of everyone in the booth and the referees on the field. So, yeah.ajalves wrote:dakshdar wrote:They called holding on the guy guarding the running back where the ball was thrown, not the guys jamming Gonzalez at the line. Talk about picking and choosing with the "ref's perception" angle.dakshdar wrote:That was the perception of everyone in the booth and the referees on the field. So, yeah

Picking and choosing what? They called it on #56. #56 was not guarding Gonzalez.shel311 wrote:Talk about picking and choosing with the "ref's perception" angle.dakshdar wrote:That was the perception of everyone in the booth and the referees on the field. So, yeah

ya it was 100% a bs call. im so fucking mad at the falcons. they left too much time on the clock then they run 3 man fronts with 2 mins and 3 timeouts in a DOME. stupid.

Picking and choosing when the "ref's perception" supports your side or not.dakshdar wrote:Picking and choosing what?

Re: Uuaww's 3rd Annual Survivor Pool
Well I'm not going to point it out when it doesn't support my side! That's on the guy making the other side of the argument.shel311 wrote:Picking and choosing when the "ref's perception" supports your side or not.dakshdar wrote:Picking and choosing what?

Exactly how the Seahawks lost to Atlanta in the Division playoffs last year. Very surprised at how teams change their philosophy in that situation. Give anyone time, they will find the open receivers. Even Geno...nick wrote:ya it was 100% a bs call. im so fucking mad at the falcons. they left too much time on the clock then they run 3 man fronts with 2 mins and 3 timeouts in a DOME. stupid.

ATL's defense looked like they thought the Jets needed a TD, not a FG. That looked like a 2min offense practice vs Air.nick wrote:ya it was 100% a bs call. im so fucking mad at the falcons. they left too much time on the clock then they run 3 man fronts with 2 mins and 3 timeouts in a DOME. stupid.
