Ill take the over 350 or whatever songs it is from the awesome library of DLC over Metallica any day of the week.

Just my opinion though as I dont care for Metallica all that much.

Even if Metallica was my favorite band(which they're not), RB just destroys GH in terms of downloadable content, and RB is the game to get as a result.

I like GH, the actual playing is better tha RB, but playing the same songs could get old and having much more access to songs is what makes RB better.

Yeah, but with the new "create music" mode on GH, it's blowing RB out of the water. You can get songs from people that aren't "downloadable" on either game....but people are able to create popular songs (and their own stuff) and it's all FREE. For example, I got Psychosocial from Slipknot (talk about a tough song to play at times!), you can't get that on either game as a download!

Yea, I've rented GH a couple of times.

But I didnt really know if that create a song was any good, nor did I know how to use it, lol.

But if they have a few 311 tracks that are cool, it would be worth it for me to buy a used copy of GH. 8-)

I wouldn't be able to create anything with it....but there are some really good ones out there.

Here's a quick version of that created Psychosocial (the quality isn't that great, but it shows a created song): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26t7RWJXoew

I was hooked on that aspect too and though GH might be better but it comes out like those cheap cell phone ring tones.

Ive heard there are no lyrics, sounds like shit, and the songs people are creating are horrible.

It doesnt sound EXACTLY like if you were listening to the song on a CD or normal gameplay.

Just what I read on reviews here on the board.

I enjoyed GHWT and the difficulty levels, but RB wins in my book with the song selections and its not even close in that aspect.

No doubt, some of the stuff DOES sound awful. It's kind of hit and miss....I've found some guys who upload some good stuff so I search their stuff first. The good thing is that there is a ranking system, so people can rank what is good and you can check that out based on day/week/month/forever.
