this is a typical Trendon 'see i was right' even when nobody really ever disagree with his point. I've always been on Trendon's side of this debate.

I think players need to be protected, but I think the way they try to do it is absurd. I understand why they do it, but its nonsense, and I think they and everyone else realizes that.

Man, I wish we still had the old (second version) boards. That is the one where we had that huge thread where the acronym CTE first came out and this discussion started to get a head of steam. The words "targeting" and "principle point of contact" were not uttered yet and I said a lot of things. A bunch of you went wild on me calling me tinfoil hat man and shit because I kept saying slippery slope. Well look now, I swear I am 100% right on my predictions.
