We need to think about what all we need to do...she said she would be happy to throw together a package...and I think we need to get a good number of people also.
She asked what all would be involved...
Hotel
Flight
Limo?
Dinner?
We really need to think of a detailed plan so I can email her back tomorrow and see what she can do for us.
I dont know if she can work on a package for flights from different places...but she can work on in-vegas stuff.

A "detailed" plan would be almost impossible for this amount of people for this trip.
I understand you trying to get her to help which is awesome, but if she can narrow it down to maybe flights,hotel, and limo or transportation would work a lot better.

appreciate the efforts but best bet is to keep it as laid back as possible....
..biggest thing is not making anyone really commit to more than they have to.
only thing i think we need to plan as a big group is "preferred" hotel so we get the most in one spot...and the date which we settled on
BUT if you or she can give everyone choices on something thatd be bad ass.
but it have to be last minute stuff for the most part.
kinda like if she can get discounted passes to tabu or some bar/club we can go through her when there

but feel free to hook up as much as possible and anyone interested in commiting please do so...i wish i could but i dont wanna feel bad if i dont make a certain event due to wondering aimlessly in the nevada desert after getting a hold of some bad coke.
