I am down to keep going, I will be without internet till next week though, moving into the new place. Wednesday I think is the day!

Advanced. Put everyone on Auto that has gone two weeks without playing (that's everyone but me ). If everyone remains on auto I will be advancing at a faster rate and will continue to do so until you take someone takes their team off auto then I'll slow it back down. I'll keep playing until '14 is released.
