When should I have a pick ready? I've got to remotely log in to my home PC and it is a huge pain in the rear (works well, but slow going) and research the next guy. Think I'll be picking tomorrow or Tuesday?

really depends. the time zone differences at the beginning slow shit down but the people before you should be quick. probably more than likely mid monday evening or tuesday morning.

What do you use to remote in?

I use teamviewer and there is honestly about a half second to 1 second delay at most.
It is damn near like I am sitting in front of my home pc.
