he's a tweener.

he's paid like a #1 superstar. but he's not on that level.

he's a freak athlete and has a smooth jumper. he's going to be awesome to watch with Derozan and Lowry tho.

you have calderon in fantasy still? apparently Boston is in the mix on him. Boston, Dallas and Detroit are all lookin but memphis wants a SF back. Detroit is dangling i think Tayshaun, dunno who Boston is

but Calderon on Boston would be nice from a fantasy perspective this year

Lowry - DeRozan - Gay - Amir - Jonas V (when healthy)

Ross / Barg on the bench

Landry Fields is a joke :( .. Kleiza gets amnestied..

decent looking team going forward though.

http://espn.go.com/new-york/nba/story/_ ... proportion
Prior to Wednesday night's 105-85 loss to the Heat, Evans dismissed the Heat's title, telling the New York Daily News: "It doesn't prove nothing. That was a lockout season."
"Well, I didn't say it didn't prove anything. Those were not my exact words,"
So..uhh...technically he is correct?

lol such a dick move, but its whatever the games still on and the clocks still running.

However, I'm sure the clips woulda been mad if Raps went down and scored that meaningless 99 n 100 pt (getting everyone there a free pizza slice) but oh well

Kobe to ailing Howard: 'We need urgency'

when is Howard going to tell this guy to shut the fuck up?

There are multiple reports of Kobe calling out Howard and asking if he has issues with Kobe's game, and HOward backs down each time.

Once was in a players only meeting, And again, supposedly, once Howard was on the bench complaining about Kobe's shooting too much to a teammate during a game. Teammate tells Kobe. Kobe calls out Howard on the bench, Howard just kinda shrugs it off.

Howard should also tell Kobe to play a little D, then maybe they wouldn't need this urgency so bad.

Kobe has been pretty freaking good offensively this season.

defensively, i've heard he's been horrible... but i haven't watched enough Lakers games to say anything but piggy-backing off those reports.

i think the bigger lesson is that after you have 2 superstars on a team, the improvement of adding a 3rd diminishes, 4th even less, 5th even less and so on.

He has, but the shooting disrupts the flow of the offense.

I know we've all seen it before, but this year, the Lakers record when Kobe shoots 20+ shots and when he shoots less than 20 shots is staggering. That can't be a coincidence.

its a decieving stat simply because in games they are winning, he takes on less of a role in

shooting 20 shots and hitting 10 of them is never going to hurt a team (not saying he shoots 50%, but you get my point). unless you have an option that can do it 11+ times.

each possession is an isolated event... if it ends in a bucket, its a success. if he's playing efficiently, he's helping offensively.

robot.

Dunk Contest Lineup:
Gerald Green (Pacers)
Terrence Ross (Raptors)
James White (Knicks)
Eric Bledsoe (Clippers)
Jeremy Evans (Jazz)
Kenneth Faried (Nuggets)

The dunk contest has sucked for the last couple years. This one could be interesting. The problem is that everyone has just about run out of ideas. I'm going with Terrence Ross as my pick with Gerald Green and Bledsoe as possible contenders.
