He sucks. I love betting against him.
I also love setting piles of money on fire, and throwing away winning lottery tickets.

91 falling off the table is pretty tough to hit, though

Nick... get ready to update the thread title

Re: MLB Thread '12 + AL Cy Candidate Brandon League Traded
Even if this ends as a 1-0 shutout, TB was still a good value pick at +120 while on a 7 out of 8 streak.

Re: MLB Thread '12 + AL Cy Candidate Brandon League Traded
I know the MLB gamecast on ESPN isn't super accurate, but they just put a red circle several inches off the plate and marked it "Strike (Looking)", which made me laugh.
I hope someone bunts their way on.

Guess I shouldn't have bet the over

Re: MLB Thread '12 + AL Cy Candidate Brandon League Traded
Yeah, this ump is giving King Felix everything. He shouldn't be calling those pitches strikes, the guy clearly swung at a ball out of the zone. It should thus be a free swing!

And that last pitch....right down the middle, and he calls that a strike!?!?!
Wow this ump clearly handed it to him. Put an asterisk next to it.

that's why Maddon got ejected.dakshdar wrote:I know the MLB gamecast on ESPN isn't super accurate, but they just put a red circle several inches off the plate and marked it "Strike (Looking)", which made me laugh.

Drake was giving him pitches three balls off the outside edge on the K-cam. Completely changed ABs to Joyce and Rodriguez, but the 91mph "change-up" as the Seattle booth was calling it just dropped off the table all game.
He was fantastic
