MKV file

Post by GeorgesGoons »

Does the PS3 play this type of file? I'm pretty sure I can use VLC to play it but I want to be able to watch it from my hard drive that I have hooked up to the PS3.

I converted it to a different file type but now its too big to even save it on my external hard drive which is FAT32 format. I gotta figure out how to put it on there or how to split a video file in half. Does anyone know a good free program to do this?
