Well, I was converted. After being so fucking deadset against Battlefield. The game really is that good.

mightbe. I prefer to let them get a year in of them being an "elite" type multiplayer before i convert. then the product i finally play will be ideal

To me it seems like a game more suited for the "Shoot 'em Up" thing you guys have going. Battlefield allows for a lot more teamwork, requires more communication and is a lot more satisfying when you win.

CoD is definitely nice for quick sessions. They certainly both have their niche.

But i'm tellin ya, if you guys gave BF a chance you'd be very pleased. It has 4 roles you can pick (Assault, Medic, Engineer and Sniper) and they have perks. The assault class can drop ammo for teammates. Medic's drop health and can revive. Engineers are great for taking out tanks/helicopters/planes and snipers can call in air strikes.

I don't think CoD is horrible but BF is a great game to play, especially in an organized session with friends.
